Very poor appearance October 7, 2008
This solution used in this unit appeared very cloudy and has pieces of solid material floating around besides the intended magma. The solution never cleared up even after a week of continuous running.br /br /Had to send 4 emails to the company to get any response and even then it was a very cold response hinting that it couldn't be bad.br /br /Finally an email stating they would have it picked up but no indication of time or when or at least an approximate date.br /br /A week later still no ups number and no response from another email. Had to use Amazon a-z guarantee system.br /br /
