 Our favorite pedometer December 28, 2008
This has been our favorite pedometer for about 6 years now. We have tried several others, but keep coming back to this one. The only negative we have encountered is that after opening it a lot, it won't stay closed and we have to put a piece of tape over it to hold it closed.br /br /A leash is a definite requirement for us---otherwise they fall off and get lost a great deal.br /br /One new one we bought had a problem within the first month---all the numbers went to 9 and we couldn't use it. The others have all been okay. We never got around to sending it back to be replaced, so we don't know how good the company is about replacement.

The pedometer works with anything but the most tight fitting clothing. It seems accurate, but more so as you get higher in the steps. For me it seems to really count quickly that first 1000 or so steps and then everything after seems to really crawl. I've been using it for about 3 weeks to a month and I have consistently been able to achieve 9,000-15,000 steps daily depending on whether or not I have worked out as well.br /br /I'd purchase it again.
