| Editorial Reviews:
Amazon.com Of the many remarkable things about the follow-up to 2002's IFor the Kids/I CD, maybe most remarkable is its daring. Here's a disc with a spirit of adventurousness. Instead of relying on a parade of star power for its swagger (and its sales figures--Sarah McLaughlin, Tom Waits, and Barenaked Ladies went a long way toward explaining the success of the first installment), IToo!/I plucks from an indie playing field that appeals with a below-the-radar, bubbling-under kind of cool. To that end, San Francisco-based acoustic idol Matt Nathanson gamely covers Prince's whimsical "Starfish Coffee," Canada's Paper Moon memorably asks that you check your "Attitude Toward Cuttlefish" at the door, and Shivaree gets your house party (or car-seat party, or playroom party) shaking, in its somnolent way, with "Everybody Came." A sprinkling of big names--They Might Be Giants, Matthew Sweet--stud the proceedings, but mostly this disc is about discovery. It's also about good deeds: Where the first disc benefitted VH1's Save the Music Foundation, proceeds from IToo!/I go toward the Lili Claire Foundation, which helps those born with neurological disorders. I-Tammy La Gorce/I

Yea, kids music that parents can listen to without begging for it to end December 19, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Kids music is coming along nicely, and some great artists are making music just for kids - check out several cds from they might be giants, and barenaked ladies. It's about time. We have some other kid cds that really grate on my nerves. br /br /This cd is exceptional from sweet and silly to super fun. Our two favorites are Starfish and Coffee (which we sing often and every where) and Jon Lee Supertaster, (rock for kids). But this is one of our more favorite ride in the car cds alongside They Might Be Giants' - Here Come the ABCs.br /br /
You will like this too December 12, 2008 Buy this. You will like it. It does not get old.br /Great driving music. Great sing a long music.br /And you don't feel lame. Crank up "Everybody Came" to hear the faux-tuba
Fair August 27, 2008 Some songs are great - like the Hoppity Song! Others are for adults, not kids.
Wonderful! August 6, 2008 I love this CD as much as my kids. I even listen to it when the kids aren't in the car. Highly recommend. The artists are cool and a tiny bit edgy (compared to someone like Raffi) so I feel like its a good intro to great music.
Music that we sing and dance to May 11, 2008 After getting the first CD and loving it, and then getting the second CD because of all the great reviews on Amazon, I have realized it was a smart move. Me and my daughter enjoy the majority of the songs, singing and dancing to them every time the CD's playing. I love the lyrics and music. It's kid's music that I can enjoy too.
