This supplement has been rated as one of the best that you can take. I have noticed a positive change in less than a week. I recommend that you take 600mg a day with food, but most important stay with it. You will lose weight and your energy level will increase two fold or more. There is no questions about the effect of alpha lipoic acid. I felt the difference right away. People around me began to realize the effect soon as a week later, because I got slimmer.
All left is the question of cost and this is the best deal around. I looked around for the best deal and self tested the great results. I highly recommend it.
